In his 28+ years of professional experience, he has operationally and financially turned around weak business units. Also, as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and chief coordinator, he has built a Six Sigma culture in multinational organisations. In his 38+ years of the industrial journey, he has acquired in-depth wisdom in the field of manufacturing engineering with expertise in sourcing and vendor development. In his 36 + years of industrial experience, he has Led greenfield projects globally for a multinational. Also, he has expertise in implementing 5S & Lean along with Safety principles at multiple plants globally. He is an authority in dealing with special processes and developing low-cost automation.
